When was the last time you just got up and danced?

One of the biggest barriers to dance and exercise is feeling self conscious. Here at I Charleston Brighton, we have created dance classes where you can leave your inhibitions at the door.

We run fun and sociable adult Charleston dance classes which are accessible to anyone who has ever wanted to dance. We have a 70% return rate and currently 7 weekly classes in the best studios in Brighton, Hove and Worthing.

Our students say our classes help them get fit, improve confidence, reduce anxiety, make friends and discover great music.

So if you have ever wanted to dance like they do on Strictly, come and give our classes a go!

Absolutely amazing lessons. Routine was great to learn and perform. Can’t wait for the next course to start.

I had an amazing time with I Charleston Brighton over the past 3 years. You guys really put effort in every new course trying to teach us new moves. Fiona and Elena are a good duo with two totally different personalities, style, past, taste and way of approaching dance. Fiona is more instinctive, theatrical, jazzy, less correct, more fluid. and Elena’s more meticulous, academic, straight, ballet-oriented. A PERFECT MATCH!
